Privacy policy

PAYMENT TERMS: C.O.D. or prepaid.  All prices quoted F.O.B. local warehouse. CLAIMS: Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the delivery carrier.  Defective products must be shipped back within one week of the date received. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: All our products are guaranteed, and salons receiving the unused portion of such goods back from their customers and who return the merchandise to Derma Swiss  with a R.A.N. number will be reimbursed at the Salon’s purchase price, within 30 days. SHORTAGES: Any shortages must be reported within 48 hours, upon receipt of merchandise.  Ensure you check your shipment against your invoice correctly and immediately upon receipt.  PRICES MODIFICATION: Derma Swiss 3000 reserves the right to increase prices with a prior notification of 30 days. RETURNS: No returns or exchanges without authorization (R.A.N.). A handling and restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all authorized merchandise returned, within a 30 day period.
