Salicylic Acid 15%

Beta-hydroxy acid, keratolytic by nature. Its lipid solubility and pH level make it effective in controlling acne and oily skin. Salicylic Acid is one of the exfoliant agents most widely used in the field of esthetics and dermatology for its keratolytic properties. Very effective for blackheads, refinement of thick and scaly skin, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma. Time of application of 1 to 2 minutes, depending of skin type and condition. Suitable for oily, keratinized, dull, scaly, acne-prone skin, melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

For professional use follow the Peelex Plus guidelines of application. To use before extractions, add 3 to 4 drops of the acid to Dermascrub and apply as a desincrustant. Use the same mixture to exfoliate skin that do not tolerate the direct application of the acid. Daily use of sunscreen following professional treatment is required. Ideal for oily, keratinized, dull, scaly, acne-prone skin, melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Avoid the application in sensitive or dehydrated skin.
